Seeking to add one Associate for Bread and Butter Dentistry 4 day work week means 3 day weekend EVERY weekend 32% production and daily- whichever is HIGHER 2 DA's, 2 EFDA's, 3 Hygienists Bloomington, IL- One of the best places to live in Illinois Responsibilities - Perform dental examinations and provide appropriate treatments - Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices - Interpret diagnostic tests such as x-rays - Administer anesthetics and medications for patient comfort during procedures - Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental software - Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses Experience - Proficiency in medical records management and medical documentation - Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and interpretation - Familiarity with medical coding for accurate billing procedures - Strong understanding of dental terminology and clinic operations - Ability to maintain aseptic technique during procedures - Experience in pediatric dentistry and prosthodontics is a plus - Solid anatomy knowledge for effective treatment planning Job Type: Full-time Pay: $190,000.00 - $288,015.00 per year Ability to Commute: Bloomington, IL (Required) Ability to Relocate: Bloomington, IL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
