IT Project Manager

Location: Oak Ridge, TN Duration : 1 year with a 1 year option Work Location : Y-12 National Security Complex (a combination of on-site at Y-12 and off-site telework) Clearance : Desired DOE Q Clearance, Required DOE L Clearance KeyLogic has an opening for an IT Project Manager for the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN. This position is responsible for overseeing and directly managing technology projects. Ensures cybersecurity is built into projects to protect the organization's critical infrastructure and assets, reduce risk, and meet organizational goals. Tracks and communicates project status and demonstrates project value to the organization. Knowledge, Skillset, and Abilities (KSAs) Knowledge of operational planning processes Knowledge of cybersecurity and information technology (IT) security principles, practices, and requirements Knowledge of requirements analysis principles and practices Knowledge of information technology (IT) architecture models and frameworks Knowledge of system life cycle management principles and practices Knowledge of technology procurement principles and practices Knowledge of cloud computing principles and practices Knowledge of the acquisition life cycle models and frameworks Skill in performing capabilities and requirements analysis Skill in performing administrative planning activities Skill in communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Skill in performing needs analysis Skill in team building and leading integrated product teams Ability to identify critical technology procurement requirements Ability to conduct audits Ability to identify and document supply chain risks for critical system elements Ability to define and manage day to day performance of operating-level agreements (OLAs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) within the authorized limits of a Project Manager. Specific Requirements Education: Associate's degree in a technical field and 10-15 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5-10 years of related experience, a Master's degree in a technical field and 2-5 years of related experience, or a PhD in a technical field with limited experience. Requires demonstrated in-depth knowledge and skills in a technical specialty. Clearance: An active DOE Q Clerance is desired but a minimum of a DOE L Clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required.
