Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Representing both borrowers and lenders in all aspects of real estate lending transactions.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of real estate lending documents
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on complex real estate lending matters
  • Collaborating with other members of the legal team to develop and implement effective strategies for managing real estate lending transactions.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in real estate lending laws and regulations, and advising clients accordingly.
  • Handling any disputes or litigation related to real estate lending transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Lending Attorney, with a proven track record of representing both borrowers and lenders.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate lending laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in complex real estate lending transactions.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
