Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per year

We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of commercial real estate matters. With a focus on commercial real estate lending and transactional real estate law, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex transactions, negotiating agreements, and providing legal guidance to our team and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
• Review, draft, and negotiate various real estate documents such as purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing documents, and other related documents.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and provide legal analysis and risk assessment.
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including coordination with outside counsel, internal stakeholders, and external parties.
• Advise on legal and regulatory requirements related to commercial real estate.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia State Bar is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, specifically in commercial real estate lending and transactional real estate law.
• Proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
