Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Real Estate Attorney, you will be playing a pivotal role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of real estate contracts and agreements, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, and loan documents.
  2. Providing expert legal advice on a range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing.
  3. Conducting and overseeing due diligence for real estate transactions, including title and survey review.
  4. Advising clients on the legal aspects of real estate financing, including negotiating and closing loans.
  5. Representing the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
Job Details

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this Permanent Real Estate Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:

  1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Active membership in the California State Bar.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
  4. Proven experience in drafting and negotiating loan agreements.
  5. In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
