Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 per year

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Senior Corporate Attorney to join our legal department. This role requires a seasoned professional with substantial experience in handling complex corporate legal matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice on a wide range of corporate issues such as mergers and acquisitions, technology agreements, and secured financing transactions. Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management on corporate matters.
2. Draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial contracts, including technology agreements.
3. Lead the legal aspect of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiation, and drafting of relevant documentation.
4. Oversee secured financing transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Advise on corporate governance and other compliance issues.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the Maryland Bar.
3. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, technology agreements, and secured financing transactions.
4. In-depth understanding of how legal issues affect organizations.
5. Ability to develop legal strategy and objectives.
6. Need to able to handle workflow from a partner independently with minimum oversight
