Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

Our firm is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in private sector labor and employment law, Maryland Bar Admission, Title VII Matters, and wrongful termination law. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide legal consultation, representation, and services to our clients.

1. Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including but not limited to, employee relations, wage and hour claims, workplace safety, workers' compensation, and disability accommodations.
2. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, prepare and draft legal documents, and manage and advise clients on legal transactions.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of complex labor and employment law issues.
4. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve labor and employment disputes.
5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in labor and employment law matters.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Maryland Bar.
3. A minimum of three years of experience in private sector labor and employment law.
4. In-depth knowledge of Title VII matters and wrongful termination law.
5. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
