Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Permanent Employment Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in discrimination defense and active Pennsylvania Bar Admission. The successful candidate will be expected to provide expert legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. The role demands a high degree of professionalism and a keen eye for detail. The incumbent will be expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success in handling complex legal matters.

As a Permanent Employment Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Employment Attorney position, you must possess the following qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Employment Attorney, with a focus on discrimination defense.
  4. In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  5. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
