Salary: $185,000 - $230,000 per year

Job Details

Must Haves:

  • CPA certification.
  • 8+ years of experience in a global company environment or public accounting.
  • Strong expertise in US GAAP and technical accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience with SEC filings and external reporting, including preparing 10Qs/10Ks and drafting financial disclosures.
  • Experience with complex technical accounting matters and preparing technical memos.
  • Proven ability to lead and implement process improvements in financial reporting and internal controls.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and SOX 404 regulations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with NetSuite ERP.
  • Familiarity with equity management platforms like Carta or Equity Edge Online.
  • Experience with Workiva for financial reporting.
  • Previous experience in M&A due diligence and purchase accounting.
  • Background in automating accounting processes and managing system implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of ASC 718 share-based compensation.
  • Experience working with international subsidiaries and performing consolidation for financial reporting.
