Salary: $165,000 - $180,000 per year
A bit about us:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager for SEC Reporting to join our medical device company. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP. In this position you will be responsible for Key team member in the review and preparation of SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy, 8-K, Form 4, etc.).

Job Details- 2+ Years in Public Company Reporting Function (Active CPA preferred)
- Public accounting experience (Big 4 and/or national firm)
- 2+ years Industry Accounting experience
- Active disclosure/DFIN experience
