Salary: $155,000 - $170,000 per year
A bit about us:We are a heavy manufacturing company and our steel products are used across the United States. Currently, our Eau Claire plant is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our plant. This is a stable opportunity and our business is in a billion-dollar industry.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in manufacturing
- Experience in the steel and/or fabrication industry is a plus
- Experience managing a plant consisting of 100+ employees
- Experience driving continuous improvement and safety
- Strong LEAN Six Sigma manufacturing experience; a Green Belt and/or Black Belt is a plus
