Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Radiologic Technologists to join our network of healthcare professionals. As a Rad Tech contracted through our staffing agency, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, urgent care facilities, and physician offices. This flexible role offers the freedom to choose assignments based on your availability and preferences.

Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, computed tomography (CT), and fluoroscopy, to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures and organs.
Operate radiographic equipment and accessories, ensuring proper positioning, technique, and radiation safety protocols are followed to obtain optimal imaging results.
Position patients appropriately and provide clear instructions to ensure accurate imaging and patient comfort during procedures.
Evaluate radiographic images for quality, clarity, and diagnostic value, and identify any abnormalities or discrepancies that may require further evaluation or additional imaging studies.
Assist radiologists and other healthcare providers in performing special procedures and interventions, such as image-guided biopsies and injections.
Maintain accurate patient records, documenting imaging procedures, patient history, and radiation exposure levels in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
Current and valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Radiographer (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
State licensure or certification as required by the state(s) of practice.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a relevant healthcare setting preferred.
Proficiency in operating radiographic equipment and performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of radiation safety principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
