- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and addressing their concerns.
- Current and valid RN licensure in the state
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred.
