Job Description

The Superintendent - Industrial Projects will be responsible for:
  • Reporting to VP of Operations on large ground up Industrial projects
  • Responsible for general supporting contract, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications
  • Building the schedule and coordinating all subcontractors
  • Work with the project management team to maintain the project's schedule
  • Ensuring quality control on various aspects of the project
  • Maintain a set of production documents and update daily so an accurate picture of work in place is consistently maintained
  • Maintain and review the safety plan as needed to ensure the project site is up to company standard

The Successful Applicant

Superintendent - Industrial Projects will have:
  • 10+ years of superintendent experience in the light industrial / tilt up construction space
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with subcontractors and other project team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • a Bachelor's Degree if applicable

  • Base salary up to $140,000
