Fund Reporting Manager

Job Description:
We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in their search for a Fund Reporting Manager. This role will be responsible for reviewing financial statements, coordinating with auditors, and supporting the annual budget preparation process.

Responsibilities:

• Review financial statements and conduct variance analysis.
• Liaison with external auditors during annual audit.
• Oversee the month end close process.
• Review reconciliations for accuracy.
• Oversee the preparation of the monthly cash flow report.
• Draft technical accounting memos as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget.?????

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience
• Public accounting experience.
• Oil and gas experience highly preferred.
• Management experience required.
• CPA required.
