The candidate shall possess characteristics that reflect
- A strong clear Christian testimony with a mature and godly spirit
- A daily example of the highest Christian virtue both in and out of school
- Commitment to faithful attendance and support of a church whose beliefs are in agreement with the Christian Academy Statement of Faith
- Agreement and belief that The Bible is the final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind
- Possess proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
- Have the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
- Complete requirements for in-service training and dress code requirements
- Have a servant's heart
- Have a willingness to learn
- Assist in an entire team effort
- Maintain skills necessary to safely and efficiently operate cafeteria equipment and machines
- Preparation of food served using established production procedures and guidelines
- Store food properly and safely by dating items
- Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance
- Learn all details of each position in the cafeteria
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all Health Department guidelines
- Efficiently operates cafeteria equipment and machines
- Follows established rules and guidelines pertaining to food preparation
- Maintains personal health and sanitation standards according to State and Federal guidelines
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Constant bending, twisting, lifting, and pulling
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time
