Director of Operations

Hilton Mystic is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As the Director of Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality company.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk and housekeeping.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and train a team of employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations.
  • Hilton managerial experience highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
