Job Description
TerraGraphics is seeking an Outage Coordinator responsible for projecting, tracking, and coordinating planned impairments and/or facility outages to ensure on time completion. This position will include interfacing with multiple organizations across the Hanford Site, coordinate the scheduling of multiple organizations and activities. This position will support outage requests from all the Prime Contractors supporting the One Hanford Mission. This position will coordinate electrical, water & sewer as well as Fire System outages. Candidates should have experience with coordinating complex, multi organizational and multi facility interdependent work activities on a medium to large scale. The candidate must have robust communication skills to effectively communicate at all staff levels.
The specific responsibilities of this position are listed below but not limited to:
- Provide 6 month & rolling 12 month look ahead outage schedules
- Coordinate schedules between multiple organizations and Contractors
- Work directly with interface managements to understand priority and planned outages.
- Coordinate all planned Electrical, Water & Fire System outages
- Look for opportunities to combine outages & work activities to optimize efficiencies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or other related field
- 5 years relevant experience - or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
