Title: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) / Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) / Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa (Hybrid; Option to Work 1-2 Days from Home per Week)

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

We are actively seeking knowledgeable, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) to join our growing and diverse mental health organization throughout Iowa. This position offers a hybrid working model, providing the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults in various therapeutic settings.

• Provide Individual and Family Therapy: Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, families, and adults to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.
• Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with other professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and school personnel, to ensure coordinated care and holistic support for clients.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide timely and effective crisis intervention services when needed, helping clients navigate acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in Supervision and Training: Engage in regular clinical supervision, professional development, and ongoing training to maintain licensure and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Licensure: Must be fully licensed in Iowa as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults in a clinical setting.

• Certification or specialization in a specific therapeutic approach (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy).

• Competitive annual earnings of $75,000 - $95,000, based on experience.
