Job Description

The Integration Services Manager plays a key role in managing onboarding and offboarding for LCS's communities. This role serves as a project manager for community transitions, including onboarding for third-party management, investment acquisitions, start-ups, recapitalization, disengagements, and system conversions.

The Role:Assists the Director of Integration Services with all aspects of project management for large-scale community transitions and disengagements and frequently leads project team meetings and transition weeks independently. This includes timeline and activity planning and management, milestone and budget tracking, compiling meeting notes, creating and distributing project reports, maintaining due diligence lists and overseeing data gathering, partnering with division and functional leaders to identify and develop project teams, communicating with projects teams to ensure efficient coordination of resources.Oversees all system-related items for transitions. Identifies and requests security access for all individuals and partners with internal teams to ensure access is granted timely. Updates and maintains LCS internal systems with necessary information. Manages system setups and maintains relationships with third-party vendors such as Senior Sign, TouchTown, TELS, WorxHub, JJ Keller, etc.Supports community owners and employees throughout the transition. Maintains frequent communication and provides continuous updates on activities, timelines, and expectations. Provides on-site leadership to communities, independently onboarding employees and systems and serving as the point of contact for the community and ownership during onboarding weeks. Travels to the community post-transition as needed to ensure operations are running efficiently. Coordinates with LCS teams as needed to address any concerns.Coordinates debrief meetings and feedback opportunities for LCS teams, ensuring continuous process improvement is taking place. Maintains formal policies and procedure documentation and updated as needed when feedback is received.Serve as the project manager on operational start-up and capitalization, managing the entire lifecycle of the project. Partner with key stakeholders to create timelines and budgets. Ensure key milestones are being met and escalate issues as needed.Independently manages large-scale transition projects such as utility and vehicle transfers, APEX/LCS Connect database input and management, Smartsheet workflows, Security Guides, AP vendor notifications, assisting ownership with Due Diligence, preparing all community and vendor communication, employee demographic listings for transitions, system security audits, and providing communities with system security training upon transition or as needed.Perform other duties, IT tickets and essential functions as assigned.Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience required. •Minimum 2-4 years of related experience required.Project management certification preferred.Senior living industry experience preferred.Knowledge & Skills:

Strong project management and project implementation skills required.Must have the ability to initiate and lead change with a willingness to learn.Must have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Must be able to lead large complex tasks independentlyRequires strong ability to effectively interface and affect action across all levels of the organization.Strong planning and organization skills required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to various audiences required.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products is required.Proficiency with Smartsheet or other project management software preferred.
