Together with our talented team, we continue building on our rich history of unique style and outstanding customer service.Working at Coldwater CreekMedical, dental, and vision insurance first of the month following start dateCompetitive salariesHybrid work model401(k) Retirement Plan MatchEmployee discountsGenerous PTO, paid holidays, and sick leaveJob Overview:We are looking for a Software Engineer/ Microsoft Software Architect expert who is passionate about leveraging Microsoft technologies to create unmatched solutions.Key responsibilities:Innovate: Partner with the VP Engineering to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge solutions using .NET, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and SQL Server by turning business needs into technological masterpieceseCommerce First: Interact with omnichannel eCommerce channels to fulfill orders from online stores and marketplacesCode: Integrate systems seamlessly through APIs, data transfers, and ETL that will ensure robustness, scalability, and securityUtilize Data: Use your in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Azure and SQL to architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions, and efficiently handle large datasets for analysis and reporting purposesEvaluate and Implement: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging Microsoft technologies, recommending, and integrating new features to enhance our solutions' performance and functionalityOther duties as assignedQualifications and SkillsMust Haves Technical Skills:10+ Years of experience as a systems architect or similar role with a strong emphasis on data architecture, the .Net framework, and Microsoft technologies7+ Years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles5+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations3+ Years of developing in C#, X++, or .NET development or equivalent experienceExtensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure including cloud architectureExtensive hands-on experience in automated build/deployment processesExtensive knowledge of payment gateways and credit card processing systemsMust-Haves Other Skills:Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems or equivalentExcellent multitasking and prioritization abilitiesStrong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical peopleAgile-based software developmentAbility to read, write, and speak English fluentlyNice to Haves:Retail-specific experience in eCommerce, ERP systems, and retail supply chain and business processesExperience using complex ETL solutions (ex: Boomi, Celigo, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, etc..)Low / No-code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
