Job Details Job Location Cantex Continuing Care Network LLC - Carrollton, TX Salary Range $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 Description Job Summary: Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare data into actionable insights that empower strategic decision-making. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis and reporting to lead the development and delivery of reports that optimize operations, track goals, and inform future growth strategies. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Lead Analytics Initiatives: Design, develop, test, and deploy insightful reports for leadership and stakeholders across the organization. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and patterns that drive strategic decision-making. Partner with business leaders to translate data into actionable insights. Manage and Mentor Your Team: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Healthcare Reporting Team. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for team growth and development. Serve as a resource for team members on analytical challenges. Data Expertise: Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions. Leverage data automation tools (e.g., SSIS) to streamline reporting processes. Utilize Power BI to create impactful data visualizations and dashboards. Collaboration and Communication: Gather and translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Partner effectively with IT teams to ensure seamless data access and integration. Deliver clear and concise reports and presentations to leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, including experience with healthcare data (highly preferred) Proven ability to lead and mentor analytical teams (preferred) Demonstrated expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Excel Experience with SSIS, data warehousing/marts (a plus), Azure data lakes (a plus) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities Self-motivated and results-oriented Benefits: Be part of a team that is passionate about making a difference in healthcare Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity for professional growth and development IND_Cantex
