We strive to treat everyone just like members ofour own family and to keep a clean, comfortable facility that is the closestthing possible to being at home.Must have a caring heart and a willingness to serve others.Part Time Positions (every other weekend):Weekends 6a-2pWeekends 2p-9/10pWeekends F/S/S 10p-6:30aWeekend shift differentialMemory Care experience is beneficialSUMMARY:Cares for residents at Stones River Manor, under direction of nursing staff, by performing the following duties:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Answers signal lights, bells, radio or intercom system to determine resident's needsAssists with bathing, dressing and undressing residents and is sensitive to residents' comfort level with care providedAssists residents with medications by reminding of prescribed times and opening containers of self-administered medicationsServes and collects food traysTransports residents or assists residents to walkChanges bed linens, runs errands, directs visitors, and answers telephone as requiredTakes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directedDaily room temperatures recorded. Report if the temperature is under 65 degrees or over 78 degrees. Adjust room temperature as needed. Maintenance requisition written and reported as needed to Nurse SupervisorQUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
