JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate ABA leader

Center Director (BCBA)

who is fluent in Applied Behavior Analysis. This is an opportunity to join a compassionate and driven organization committed to providing a high-quality service experience where employees share in building the culture and connecting with the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Provides mentorship and supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure confidence, performance, quality, productivity, and morale.

Proactively review scheduled BCBA and RBT hours and address concerns/conflicts to ensure billed hours targets.

Drive BCBA/RBT billable hours and achieve growth goals.

Ensure 85% of authorized care is delivered.

Maintain updated information regarding insurance requirements, codes, and billing practices.

Conduct performance reviews for BCBAs and ensure staff BCBA's conduct performance evaluations for RBTs.

Attend conferences to maintain CEUs and to increase knowledge base to appropriately lead supervision staff.

Conduct meetings with Intake and Business Manager/Assistant Business Manager to ensure client intake is processed in a timely manner.

Coordinate schedules with Apara Scheduler.

Schedule and conduct assessments.

Ensure P2P reviews and appeals are completed in a timely manner.

Review BCBA treatment plans for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.

Maintain caseload documents to reflect authorized, long-term, and short-term hours by client.

Monitor the need for hiring additional staff and conduct interviews as needed.

Propose changes in processes and other company concerns to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer.

Build rapport with clients and their families.

Provide clinical consultation to BCBAs, RBTs, school professionals, and parents/guardians.

Oversee the implementation of therapy programs to ensure best clinical practices are being implemented.

Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain an appropriate caseload to facilitate overall clinic growth and staff morale/welfare.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Hold current BCBA, State Licensure, and be in good standing with the State and BACB.

Proficient in systems such as Central Reach and SharePoint.

Able to make quick decisions for the benefit of the company.

Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to provide timely follow-ups to vendors and clients.

Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
