What You'll Be Doing
Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director, the BCBA is responsible for coordinating and providing program services to clients.
Conduct assessments of individuals diagnosed with ASD to identify behavioral strengths and areas to improve
Design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and evidence-based practices.
Provide staff training, mentorship, and BT/RBT supervision to ensure the highest level of clinical quality and outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure coordinated care and consistency in implementing behavior support strategies.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to provide support, education, and guidance regarding interventions and behavior management strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, behavior data, and intervention strategies.
Stay current with advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and participate in continuing education activities to maintain BCBA certification.
Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in all aspects of practice.
Maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Hold current BCBA, State Licensure, and in good standing with the State and BACB
Completion of a master's degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
