Core Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to analyze challenging behaviors.
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral strategies.
Monitor progress and modify interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies.
Qualifications
Professional certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Experience in parent training, data collection, and goal development.
Pay : $80,000-$82,000 + Sign On Bonus + Monthly Bonus Opportunities
