*Core Responsibilites: ** Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to analyze challenging behaviors.* Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral strategies.* Monitor progress and modify interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.* Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies.
*Qualifications** Professional certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).* Experience in parent training, data collection, and goal development.
*Pay*: $80,000-$82,000 + Sign On Bonus + Monthly Bonus Opportunities
