This is an Account Executive role.You and one other AE will be the first members of the sales organization.This is a sales role.Almost all of your time will be spent SELLING.We're a sales-led-growth business.Our product is not pure PLG or PLS. The bottom line is that we won't make money unless you SELL our product.Responsibilities
Qualify Leads:
Deeply understand customer problems, qualify those within our ICP, and using your industry and product knowledge.
Manage Inbound:
Prospect new customers from signups and reach out across multiple channels. Implement and experiment on methods to source, activate, and close deals, ensuring customer delight.
Account Expansion:
Identify current customers that are expansionary opportunities and upsell.
What you'll do
Sell our core platform into SMB and Mid-Market businesses.
Work with the CEO to transition from founder-led-sales and build a dedicated salesforce (BDRs, AEs, Sales Ops).
Sales operations: lead data enrichment, sequence automation, inbound data collection, pipeline management.
