Job Description:

The Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our company. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, developing financial strategies, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other financial standards.Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including long-term forecasting and scenario planning.Manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.Oversee treasury, cash management, and investment activities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners.Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and successful audits.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations.Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position (CFO, VP of Finance).Proven track record of strategic financial leadership and driving business growth.Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP).Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing staff.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.Job Type:
