Job Overview - Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid):
Join our client in Greenwich, CT, as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this temporary role, you'll manage both lateral and campus recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while representing the firm's brand and attracting top talent.
Compensation: $30/hour
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Recruiting Coordinator:
Candidate Sourcing:
Handle sourcing and assessment of lateral and campus hire candidates.
Coordination:
Interface with external recruiters daily regarding searches.
Interview Scheduling:
Create and post interview schedules, manage changes, and confirm candidate availability.
Travel:
Arrange travel, accommodations, and handle candidate reimbursements.
Reporting:
Compile weekly and monthly recruitment reports as needed.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS):
Maintain and update ATS with resumes, interview schedules, and feedback.
Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:
Experience:
2+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience, preferably within financial services.
Skills:
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Adaptability:
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapid changes.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and scheduling platforms.
