Job Overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator at Pro Services is a key role responsible for supporting the recruitment team in all facets of the hiring process. This position is essential in ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating pre-employment activities, and managing various recruitment programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for talent acquisition, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to assisting the team in meeting hiring goals. This position will report to the Director of Recruiting.

Essential Functions:

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.

Pre-Employment Coordination:

Manage the logistics of sending personal protective equipment (PPE), initiating background checks, and coordinating drug screening processes for candidates.

Relocation Administration:

Administer the company's relocation policy, ensuring candidates receive the necessary support and information for a smooth transition.

Employee Referral Program Management:

Oversee the employee referral program, including tracking referrals, processing bonuses, and promoting the program internally to encourage participation.

Recruitment Operations:

Assist in the organization and scheduling of interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring timely communication with all parties involved in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a related position; experience in a recruiting or HR support role is highly desirable.HS/GED and 1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite (G Suite), and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to maintain accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
