Overview:
ECPI University seeks a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead brand visibility and student recruitment efforts. This role requires strategic oversight of digital and traditional marketing channels, team leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring all initiatives align with the university's mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital (SEO, SEM, Social Media) and traditional channels (PR, TV, Print).
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Admissions, Business Development, and other departments to align marketing with recruitment and partnership goals.
Budget Management:
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and high ROI.
Market Research:
Conduct competitive analysis and track KPIs to refine strategies.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors for marketing and media services.
Digital Presence:
Oversee website and social media strategies to optimize user engagement and SEO performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s preferred.
Proven leadership experience, ideally in higher education or career-focused institutions.
Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Strong analytical, budget management, and team-building skills.
