Responsible for creating and driving innovative marketing and digital strategies to further our brand reputation and enhance the customer experience throughout the lifecycle of our solutions.Define, develop and lead MacQueen’s digital marketing roadmap and strategy to transform and advance our digital presence, brand awareness, lead generation programs, customer communications and user experience.Provide forward-thinking ideas and insights to help build and maintain a strong digital presence.Lead digital marketing initiatives from ideation to execution, measurement and optimization ensuring digital efforts are aligned to help achieve business objectives and growth strategies.Evaluate current digital platforms, content, and performance to inform future digital platform revamp requirements and strategy.Establish digital KPIs to analyze, measure, report and optimize marketing performance across digital platforms including website, email, social media, advertising, etc. to increase effectiveness, engagement, lead generation and user experience.Create, implement, and manage Net Promoter Score (NPS) process and workflows, tools, insights, responses and reporting across the organization to continually enhance the customer experience.Lead strategy development and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of automated fleet marketing campaign workflows, nurturing sequences, and customer onboarding initiatives to drive customer loyalty and retention.Identify and execute customer segmentation strategies using our CRM and HubSpot platforms to increase touchpoints throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Ensure seamless coordination and alignment with sales, operations, and other teams to maximize the customer experience.Implement marketing processes and programs to increase touchpoints along the customer journey and the 54321 sales process.Create and implement SEO and keyword recommendations and process to optimize content and digital performance.Help maintain consistent brand image and voice across integrated marketing channels.Collaborate with outside agencies and internal teams to ensure marketing and brand objectives are clearly communicated and aligned with business needs.Keep abreast of the latest digital trends, competitive landscape, and marketing best practices to develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.Other duties as assigned.Essential Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of professional working experience in digital marketing and/or communications.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related field.Proven experience with website strategy, design, management, and digital platform transformation.Skilled in SEO/SEM, Google analytics, CRM software, nurturing and automated marketing campaigns.Excellent analytical and project management skills.Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal, including writing, editing, proofing, and presenting skills.Comfortable leading discussions and contributing cross-functionally; presents and drives recommendations aligned with business objectives.Knowledgeable in branding and the creative process.Possesses a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.Ability to build working relationships and strengthen communications.Proficient working in Microsoft Office 365 Suite – PPT, Word, Excel, etc.Experience interpreting analytical information, identifying actionable insights, and creating informational reporting.Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.ADA Requirements:Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer.Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about regularly.Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 40 lbs occasionally, >20 lbs frequently.Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards.Travel by air or car occasionally.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
