in our marketplace.Responsibilities:Responsible for planning and execution of digital marketing communications that support company brand and marketing strategy. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager and will create targeted strategies that support the evolution of our customer journey and further segmentation of based on interests, needs and potential growth. Utilizing all digital platforms, this position will:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads that support our business goals.Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.Champion campaign performance, KPIs and reporting with the goal of driving marketing efficiencies and effectiveness with ongoing optimizationsProvide inputs on the regional digital customer journey, touchpoint and content mapping for paid media activationDrive digital marketing experimentation, A/B testing and innovationClose collaboration with corporate digital strategy and insights team to deploy business units aligned strategic plans, insights and analytics and delivery of defined KPIsOversee the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.Support media planning with input on budget, new platforms and ideas to increase efficienciesRegular reporting of digital marketing efforts and performance to various stakeholdersAsset conception and request for all digital marketing channels, including banners, videos, text ads, dynamic ads and moreAs needed create content including graphics, copywriting and video and/or work closely with agency to achieve the sameAssist in the preparation and management of the digital marketing budget, ensuring operational efficiency and return on investment.Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
