You will be joining one of our fastest growing segments here and will have a big impact as you build, lead, and develop your team of Account Executives across the region. Our RVP's are focussed on growing revenue through new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion, meeting and exceeding all sales targets and performance metrics. Reporting directly to the AVP for the Federal Civilian team, you'll join a leadership team comprised of seasoned peers across the country with a combined experience of 80-years in the field.Are you ready to roll-up your sleeves, help customers tackle their hardest problems through the power of search, and build an amazing team? Developing extensive knowledge of our technology platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitor landscapeActively contributing to and owning sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentationEnsuring the attainment of assigned sales quotas by 'leading from the front' and driving Elastic's sales methodologyActively fostering an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvementEstablish and maintain collaborative relationships with representatives of the Open Source community and partner ecosystemsTravel regularly to assist in deal creation and closure, as well as meet any managerial needs and provide support to your team as required.Partnering across Elastic's leadership community to ensure a seamless customer experienceWhat You Bring With You:
