This job is part of the Client Consulting function, responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.What You'll Do:Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor the training and development of staff, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.Drive profitability, business development, and revenue expansion for the team.Research the current workplace from various facets to assist with building future workplace strategy.Coordinate high-level feasibility studies and needs evaluation.Assist with curriculum development of occupier training change management.Work with Sr. management to coordinate client services and delivery as needed.Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems.Significantly improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.Other duties as assigned.What You'll Need:To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information.Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.Measurable expertise in workplace strategies and relevant project management approaches.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.Why CBRE?When you join CBRE you will have the support and resources of a global firm where an entrepreneurial mentality is encouraged.
