Axonius is looking for a strong leader to join our growing Channel organization! As the Director of Channel, West you will be working closely alongside executive leadership to drive relationships and revenue growth for the West region while managing a team of seasoned channel sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:Meeting sales and revenue targets as set by the Vice President of Sales; generate periodic reports as interpretation tools for various strategic activitiesGrow and expand the Axonius channel footprint in North America and on-board new partnersMeet with partner organizations regularly, understand any areas of concern, and provide timely feedback to the engineering teamsOverall segment strategy implementation; execution of Axonius brand, support of all sales and marketing objectivesDaily partner contact; maintaining current and developing new opportunitiesManagement of demand generation activitiesContinuous business planning and forecasting for assigned partnersAdministration of sales orders, program execution and validation, and channel communicationSynthesize reporting for management reviewPartner problem resolution

Requirements:10-12+ years channel sales and channel management experienceAbility to communicate with all levels of an organization both internally and externallyExperience with large partners/portfolioOutstanding presentation and sales skillsStrong data analytics, organizational skills, decision making abilities and timely follow-up

Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. A candidate's salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options and attractive benefits.

Annual On Target Earnings:

$320,000 — $330,000 USD
