Salary $105,000 - $120,000 depending on experience. This role is fully onsite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accounting Manager:Prepare, analyze, and examine financial records and statements for accuracy and compliance.Analyze business trends, costs, and revenues to project future financial performance.Manage monthly closing activities, GL account analysis, and financial reporting.Evaluate operations and financial reports for accuracy; identify problem areas and recommend corrections.Assist with annual budgets, monthly forecasts, AR invoicing, and credit functions.Maintain fixed asset logs, track depreciation, and monitor daily cash flow.Support the Accounting Department, guiding staff in meeting objectives.Ensure accurate cost rates and assist external auditors during audits.Handle monthly sales tax compliance and provide accounting support across departments.
Education and Experience Accounting Manager:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.5-8 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.Supervisory experience and job costing knowledge preferred.
Skills and Abilities Accounting Manager:Strong technical skills in account reconciliation, cost analysis, and month-end close.Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel, with experience in job cost accounting software.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
