We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our client's international operations department. This exciting opportunity is based at their corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, and requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in international project-based accounting. Experience in Latin American countries is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:Manage cash flow planning and ensure accurate financial projections.Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.Oversee budgeting processes and project accounting activities.Perform project maintenance and ensure accurate accounting for all international projects.Conduct tax planning and research, focusing on international tax issues, including transfer pricing.Handle general accounting duties, with a focus on intercompany and consolidation accounting.
Qualifications of the Accounting Manager:Bachelor's degree in Accounting.10+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong focus on international operations.Experience in the construction industry or project costing is a plus.Proficiency in international accounting and finance, with a particular focus on project accounting.Knowledge of U.S. and international tax regulations, with an emphasis on Latin American countries, is highly desirable.
