Insight Global is seeking 1 IT Support Analysts to sit onsite for a local higher education client. These candidates would provide support to all IT-related activities, assistance end u , coordination resolutions for end user issues, and follow-up to end user related IT problems and ensure a resolution.Provide technical support onsite and over the phone for CustomersSoftware and network issues on laptops and desktopsTroubleshooting and resolving issues with software and printers.Create and manage tickets

Associates Degree and Minimum 2 years IT Support expereince ORBachelors Degree and minimum 1 year professional IT Support ExpereincePhone support experience high call volumeExperience remoting into devices to fix issuesPrevious IT Support expereince MUST INCLUDE both HARDWARE and SOFTWARE support
