This position will start ASAP, require 5 days in office. Monday - Friday onsite, 9:00am-5:00pm, with 1 hour lunch with availbility to check emaisl after hours.Responsibilities:

Position will support the Co-Head of Private Equity, 1 Director, 5 Vice Presidents, 3 Senior Associates and 1 AssociateManage and organize calendars; arrange calls and meetings, resolve any scheduling conflictsHandle all incoming calls, take and deliver accurate messagesCoordinate travel including flights, hotel reservations and ground transportationComplete monthly expense reports and track any follow-up that is requiredAssist with preparation of PowerPoint and Excel presentationsOrganize personal filesManage contacts (add and edit contact list)Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretionComplete ad hoc projects as assignedQualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred1+ years of related experience working in an administrative assistant roleProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skillsProactive and strong work ethicStrong organizational skills, time-management skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesAbility to function well in a high-paced and pressured environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level and personal mattersAbility to work in the office five days a weekCompensation/Benefits:

$34 - $43/hour pay rate
