Job Purpose:

Lead research across multiple facets of SMP income tracking.

What You'll Do: (job responsibilities)

Collaboration with staff across multiple departments to meet expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishmentUse multiple systems and resources to ensure royalties are effectively tracked with a focus on physical, digital & stream mechanicalsResponsible for identification and recovery of income on royalty shortfallsAssist with questions from outside departments to ensure proper processing & quality assuranceAssist with cyclical royalty summaries & financial reportingAssist with ad hoc requests/projectsWho You Are: (skills and experience required)

Solid understanding of copyright economics and industry standard accounting principles and practicesA highly organized person that pays close attention to the detailsYou strive for efficiency & effectiveness in your responsibilitiesYou are a clear and effective communicatorExceptional interpersonal relationship buildingDemonstrated ability to lead and foster teamwork and unity within a departmentYou have a strategic mindset and lean on data to inform and track business goalsAdvanced proficiency of various computer applications such as MS Excel, with the ability to quickly learn programs that work with large volumes of data (Power BI)3 or more years of income tracking, royalties, and/or other related experience requiredMust be authorized to work in the United States7.5-hour business workday but variations in work volume frequently require extended working hours for evening and late-night eventsWhat We Give You:
