A well-established entertainment firm seeks a Royalty Label Manager to join their dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and workflow of the Royalty DepartmentAssign tasks and maintain workflow of the Royalty DepartmentReview and approve staff work productRead and interpret complex royalty agreementsOversee the issuance of royalty statementsOversee tracking and prepare reports for client meetingsLiaise with Account Managers and Partners within the Firm to accomplish shared goals in a professional and diplomatic mannerLiaise with external companies and clientsMeet hard reporting deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude under pressureSupervise and manage staff, be on-site to answer questions, train, and review performanceProvide support and direction of staffQualifications:
