Position: Administrative Assistant - Personal Assistant

Location: Union Square, NYC

Job Description:We seek an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports- Creating and sending invoices to our clients- Organize and maintain filing systems- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion- Assist with event planning and coordination- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- A bachelor's degree or 3 years of work experience in a similar position
