Weekly Gross: $ 2,216 (based on 36 hours)
Weekly Gross: $ 2,900 (based on 48 hours)
Misc. and I E : $ 500 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging : $ 600 (non-tax weekly)
Hourly $ 31/hour
OT Rate: $ 70/hour (after 40 hours)
Holiday Rate: $ 80/hour (after 40 hours)
