Senior Underwriter, North America Financial Lines
Responsibilities includeDirect oversight of $6-$8MM renewal book of business in the Midwest RegionExecution upon Individual and Team Financial goals with respect to Growth, New Business, Retention, Rate and ProfitabilityExecution upon Individual and Team Service goals with respect to Policy Issuance and Underwriting File IntegrityTracker Management on assigned book of businessPerformance of Self AuditsProper use of reinsurance on assigned book of businessProduction focus on high margin portfolio class businessWork with Product Management teamDeveloping relationships with Midwest brokers in defined territoryDeveloping relationships with internal stakeholders - including Branch Managers, Marketing Managers, and Global Client Executives - supporting the Midwest RegionTravel to Midwest Branches and respective markets for broker/client meetingsAdherence to Delegated Authority StatementQualifications
Experience with Financial Lines Products including:
Directors and Officers LiabilityProfessional LiabilityEmployment Practices LiabilityFiduciary LiabilityCrime/Fidelity Coverage
College Degree in business preferred
