Contract-to-hire roleSystems Integration AnalystThe ideal candidate should combine technical expertise with business insight and have experience in designing and implementing data flow architectures. You will translate complex business needs into technical solutions, connecting systems and data creatively. Your analytical skills will optimize our integration environment. The role involves managing system integrations and ensuring efficient data flow. As an Integration Analyst, you'll facilitate seamless communication among various software systems within our organization, including HCM, ERP, PLM, and MES, with a focus on Identity Management. Your work ensures smooth data transfer, supporting business processes efficiently.Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate and document business processes and requirements to find opportunities for system integration.Design Integration Solutions: Develop and design integration solutions to ensure seamless interoperability between different systems.Implement Integration Strategies: Apply integration strategies using a variety of tools and technologies.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various teams to ensure that integration services are aligned with business processes and objectives.Monitor and Maintain Integrations: Track the performance and reliability of integration services, addressing any issues or disruptions.Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration services.Document Processes: Thoroughly document the integration process, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows.Ensure Data Security: Ensure data security and adherence to all relevant standards and regulations.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest integration technologies and methodologies, recommending upgrades or new solutions as necessary.Train Team Members: Train and mentor team members on the use of integration tools and standard processes.Collaborate on Requirements: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design Data Flow Architectures: Create and implement data flow architectures that support scalable, reliable, and secure data exchange.Develop Integration Strategies: Formulate integration strategies to connect disparate systems and maintain consistent data quality.Administer and Monitor Environments: Manage and monitor integration environments, resolving issues as they emerge.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data architectures, processes, and workflows.Conduct impact analysis for system changes and contribute to the continuous improvement of integration practices.Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical partners, effectively communicating technical concepts clearly and understandably.

Requirements:Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Over five years of experience in software integration and system compatibility, including extensive work documenting business processes and workflows.Proficient in integrating HCM identities, crafting swim lanes, process flows, and developing requirements.Certifications in ITIL processes or PMP are a plusSkilled in using flow charts and flow-charting software such as Visio.Experience with PTC Windchill, NetSuite ERP, MS Azure is beneficial.Background in the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors is an asset.Familiarity with leading integration platforms like Mulesoft or Boomi is a plus.Experienced in drawing data architecture diagrams and creating process flow swim lanes with Visio.Proven track record in developing business requirements.Experienced with cloud environments and adept at administering integration tools.
