Overview of the Billing Specialist:
- Ensure all billing transactions are completed and accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Generate and process accurate and timely invoices based on contract terms and billing schedules.
- Customer with vendors and internal team
- Data Entry
Preferred Qualifications for the Billing Specialist:
- 3+ years of full cycle billing experience
- Strong knowledge of billing portals - SMART GEP, Ariba, Open Invoice, etc.
- MS Excel - Intermediate
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and follow-through
