- \r\n
- Evaluate and monitor patient's progress , id entify ing sudden or subtle changes in the patient's medical condition \r\n
- Calculat e drug dosage, titrate medication doses, administer continuous medication infusion and monitor patients for effects of medication \r\n
- Stepdown RNs work closely and collaborate with physicians and all other healthcare professionals \r\n \r\n \r\n
