- Evaluate and monitor patient\u2019s progress , id entify ing sudden or subtle changes in the patient\u2019s medical condition \u00a0 \n
- Calculat e drug dosage, titrate medication doses, administer continuous medication infusion and monitor patients for effects of medication \u00a0 \n
- Stepdown RNs work closely and collaborate with physicians and all other healthcare professionals \u00a0 \n \n \n
